What does “Frönen” mean?
Frönen is the German word for indulge! We chose the name, Frönen, as a tribute to Erik’s German Nana who inspired our banana nice cream.
Do all of your flavors taste like fruit?
Nope! Although we absolutely love fruit and use them in all of our products, we strive to make our flavors taste exactly as you would expect.
Why do you recommend letting Frönen sit for a bit?
You may notice that Frönen stays frozen a little longer than other ice creams. That’s because we never use gums, preservatives, or stabilizers.
We keep our ingredient lists short and sweet so you can eat a whole pint and feel great about it. If you let Frönen sit for a few minutes, it becomes the creamiest treat there is!
Is Frönen allergen free?
Frönen is made in a facility that processes milk, egg, wheat, soy, peanuts, & tree nuts.
Our products do not contain the following:
• Refined Sugar
All flavors do contain coconut cream.
Why do you use honey or coconut sugar?
We add a hint of honey or coconut sugar for natural sweetness. Honey and coconut sugar are both low glycemic index sweeteners and help elevate Frönen’s delicious flavor without the guilt! We never add refined sugars or sugar alcohols!
Where does Frönen ship to?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada at this time.
How does Frönen ship?
Each shipment of Frönen is sent in insulated containers via 2-day shipping. Each box is filled with dry ice to ensure everything stays frozen from our freezer to yours.
CAUTION! Dry ice is used to ensure Frönen stays frozen, but the dry ice can reach temperatures of nearly -110°F! Please be careful when handling dry ice and do not touch it directly. Dry ice will naturally dissipate in well-ventilated areas.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped using 2-day service. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday each week. Orders will be processed and shipped the following day after the order is submitted.
After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Once the order is processed and shipped, an additional email with a tracking number will be sent.
In cases of shipping delays, deliveries may be made on Saturdays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged as a flat rate and is $20 for all orders.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If changes need to be made to an order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and packed the following morning. All modifications must be sent to us before 10:00pm CT of the day your order is placed.
Can I order more than 12 pints?
If you are interested in ordering more than 12 pints at a time, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return and Refund Policy
Are returns allowed?
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If there was a problem with a shipment (melted in transit, wrong flavors, etc) and your order did not arrive perfectly frozen, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.

What should I do if my order arrived melted, pints were missing, or the wrong flavors were sent?
If your order arrives melted, pints were missing, or flavors were incorrect, please take pictures of your order and email us at email@example.com your order number and pictures.
